An Instagram Advertisement will reach a new customer base, alongside reaching the current one. With a link to the website at the bottom, it’ll allow new customers to explore the menu, and give current customers a craving for a sandwich and donut (with a little dash of dark humor).

Punch Cards

Punch Cards will help improve current customer experience. I know I’d be incentivized by a free sandwich. Something that will make customers keep coming back, and make those who come for donuts try a sandwich!

Mural

The South Street Location is a perfect location for a mural. Made up of some of the fun flavors of donuts, it’ll leave passerby’s craving something sweet, and no one would be able to resist taking of photo of the mural and tagging Federal in the process.

Poster

A poster is just one of the ways to reincorporate the mural. Other possible incorporations are for the back’s of menus, place mats at tables, the paper wrappers for sandwiches and donuts, etc..

Pins

Along with the poster, pins are another good way to expand the merchandise for purchase. Something small on the counter, allowing customers to impulse buy them, along with their actual donut.
